No idea why. I’ve reset it to factory settings, cleaned the sensors, unplugged them, switched them, checked the RO tubing, took it out the water and back in, removed the timers just to check, quadruple checked the coding and manually engaged the pump and it did work. What could I be doing wrong? The sensors detect when they’re submerged and when not. Someone please help. Florida has a storm and this should be the least of my worries as I have other things to worry about right now!

I also keep getting this error. I have no clue if it’s right. It doesn’t seem right…

Yes so sorry.
Mine is rubbish as well, so much so that I got rid of it and went with a tried and tested Osmolator! Hope you have more luck than i..

Support from Neptune was absolute garbage as well; might be because I am 'over seas'.........

That’s sad to hear. Glad you could get something that works for you!

Looks like the problem is something to do with the ATK HI optical sensor.
Yeah I just wish I knew how to fix it. I thought the HI sensor was only used as a second failsafe if the first LO sensor failed. The LO one AND the HI one detect when they’re submerged and not submerged so idk what it could be.

So, are your Hi/Low sensors actually named that? Mine are names ATOHI/ATOLOW on the dashboard.

Also, here's how my ATO is setup. Make sure this programing is on the ATO PUMP and not the ATO on the dashboard.

Yeah lol it was easier to follow for me. So you have that in the PUMPS settings??? When Neptune configured it itself, it put it in the ATK’s settings, not the pumps. Scared to try that.

there’s actually nothing in my pumps configuration. If I do put the settings here, do I need to delete them from the ATK one?
