Ato alarms

I had to turn off my apex ATO I keep getting a alarm "switch 3 closed then on" but the water is not low? Any one have any ideas on that?

Are you actually using 3 sensors with it? The normal configuration is with a low sensor in port 1 and high sensor in port 2 only. Optionally you can add additional sensors in ports 3 and 4.
