I have a Tunze Osmolator Nano 3 and I was wondering if there is a float switch/valve I can install as a safety measure to prevent any overflows incase the sensor gets stuck on in the future?

Not sure on your tunze, but on mine it will run the pump for 2 minutes and if it doesnt reach the desired level in that time, stops trying and does a pump "Bump" of power to tell me its either A. empty, or B. theres a clog.

Is this not standard with all tunze ATOs?

Here is what I have.

Looks like yours should have this also.

if you are still worried, im sure you could hook it to a RODI float valve and adapt the line to 1/4" to block the pump if the water reaches the float.
