I’m trying to setup an ato system for my Fluval Evo 13.5. I currently have in chambers 1 and 2 the intank media baskets. The last chamber is the return pump and heater. I wanted to an ato so I didn’t have to keep topping it off myself.

I’ve been doing some research and came across two different systems. The first one is the Autoaqua smart ato nano and the second is the tunze nano ato. Maybe there are others you guys can recommend for me or one of these are the better ones

Out of those two, I would choose the autoaqua for that size tank.

Which chamber would you think is best for the ato to be in?

It would need to go in the third chamber with the return pump as that should be the only chamber where the water level changes.

Would you put a heater in the RODI jug?

No, it fills so slowly and intermittently that it won't impact the overall temp of the tank.

Any suggestions on a standalone RODI water holder as to the jugs just don’t look nice sitting by the tank
