ATO not Functioning

My ATO is acting up some how the sensors goes from green light to red out of no where, there’s been times that the sump gets flooded!
Any idea on why this occurs ?

The jbj uses float valves if i remember correctly. Make sure there is nothing in the float valves, also test them by setting off manually. Make sure the float glides and makes contact where it should

Yes it uses valves, ok I’ll try to reset it manually see if it works
