First of all, let me start by saying you will all be treated as equals. All of the off topic posts and bashing have to stop. If you have an issue with another member or vendor there are appropriate ways to handle the situation.

No longer will the bashing be tolerated. Bans will be given out from now on. No more warnings. It has gotten completely out of control. We don't want to be the bad guys, but we can't allow this to continue.
