Aussie Elegance not doing well

I have had a pink tip for a while and doing great. Got this guy (blue tip) about a month ago and he was fine for a week or two but hasnt been opening over the last week. Not sure what it is, levels are all good and all other corals are doing good including the other elegance. Anyone have any input?

I bought one a year ago and had the same thing happen. Then, half of it died. A few more weeks went by, and the other half died. After learning about Elegance Coral Disease, I'm weary of getting another one.
