what nitrates do you run?Yes ! 2 years and still going . Sorry no pic .
Gonna be a while b4 i get 1 neglected my tank and nitrates were 220 now at 150 been doing water changes every day lol heard aussie golds like dirtier tanks though meant to live in very dirty waterNitrates are Between 15 and 20 ppm , I keep him in moderate indirect flow and his on a rock in the sand at about 150 par using Radion xr 15 s G5’s blues . UV is at 65% 5 hours of the day and the rest of 9 hours blues 100% , white 35% and no green or reds . I keep my mixed softy dominant tank at a constant 76-77 degrees . Salinity at .025 weekly water changes 15 % . I feed manually one day a week and broad feed two other days . I use a good skimmer and run high quality carbon . My opinion of my success to keeping everyone happy is the lower temp ( as I used to keep temp at 78-79 ) and consistency , consistency , consistency. I also vacuum my 50% of my sand every water change .
