fwiw, I had a rainbow aussie turn into a rainbow under PCs that was pretty basic initially

My Acans and Micros looked best under PCs. When I went to MH, some of the colors washed out. All depends on the coral, so I wouldn't let one person't experience make or break your decision.

Lps dont need intense light. They will be fine under pc's. Just my 2 cents.
