Ok right now I have a 30 gal tote that I use behind my tank for my auto top off and it take up way to much space, I want to switch to a 30 gal garbage can What brand of a can is SAFE for this

There was a recent article on this, unless it is one of there food grade cans it may leach phosphates. Make sure you know what you are getting.
Just wondering how long does 30 gallons last for you?

That's why I was asking. Phosphate level is 0 I don't want that to spike. Right now I go through about a gal and a half a day but the only time I fill the 30 gals is when we go out of town

I got mine at lowes. You may also consider a stock poly tank. Those you can get at any tractor supply, fleet farm, rural king etc.
