Hi all, wondering if I could get a bit of advice. I’ve just setup an auto aqua ato and Awc device. I want to Awc once a day at the same time? Does anyone know what settings this schedule this is? I am assuming it’s 01days 00hrs. If this is correct the colons should be flashing and countdown begin but it’s just sitting at that setting static. I have auto top off enabled if that makes any difference.
Many thanks for any and all advice.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did push that button. Overnight at some point it seems to have started counting down and when I got up this morning instead of saying 01d 00hrs it was saying 00d 20h. The dots in between are still not flashing tho which indicates it is not counting down. If it is then the water change will now happen overnight which is not what I want. So frustrating. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I assume that if you select a manual water change everything’s works correctly ?If it does, I would try doing a manual reset of the unit by holding the center button down for 8 seconds allowing it to reboot.

Yes everything works fine if I disable auto water change. Have also tried resetting. I will contact autoaqua tomorrow. Many thanks.
