Agreed they are numbskulls, but that is a different matter.
All of the shipping companies have had to re-route things because of the "inclement weather".

What about a tungsten fishing weight? Bass Pro would have something like this.

Marvin- ide be afraid to put anything into that fresh SW bin that i wasnt SURE would not leach....

So.. its been one month of me doing 2.5 gal WC's daily....zero issues......

I get questions.... "does the tank look better?... Do you see improvements in live stock?..... The simple answer is NO, i see nothing different. Thing is, i have never NOT done 30% WC's PER MONTH, and most of the time it was either weekly 7.5%, or biweekly 15%, (for the past 5 years, other than a few months before MACNA for obvious reasons),.....so i am not expecting anything to look different. The only change is I dont have to haul a garden hose, or a bucket to my tank. All i need to do is monitor my SW bin, and make sure there is enough water in it.

I'm pretty sure tungsten won't leach anything. If you are really that worried. Attach it to acrylic or PVC.

Slick setup you got there. Are the quick connect connected directly to the tubing?

Yes they are Marvin. There is a 1/4" barb to 3/8" tube, then it goes into the 3/8" 90* elbow and from there I can run 3/8" hose or use a reducer to 1/4". One size up on the drain won't hurt anybody, if anything the possibility of clogging is slim to none. Let me know if you need any fittings, I'm all out of 3/8" 90* elbow but have other fittings.

That's what the forums are all about. Sharing ideas and helping each other.
Which pump are you going with, the Stenners, the Masterflex?
I just want to see who has what working.

I ordered a pile of unseals from them last Thursday, they shipped out on Friday and I should have them Monday or Tuesday. Keeping my fingers crossed that USPS does not route my package by way of Alaska.

Well my package did not go to Alaska but it sat around plenty of places... I had to call the local post office yesterday since the tracking showed that they attempted delivery Wednesday, they didn't and I was home all day. In the end I had to take my lunch break and drive to the post office to get the package or wait till today for them to attempt the delivery again.

So now I have a plethora of unseals in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", & 3/4", and I can get going on my mixing station, then hookup my AWC pumps!
