I think you're right. It doesn't work with the other motor either.

This is the power supply that I found that worked for me.
It's a 12v 2A made by Jentec technologies.

I know you are using 12v 3A and you would think that would work, but I've tried 12 v 4amp and 24v 3amp that didn't work.
I think some PSU's have circuitry that will give the pump a little more of a kick when it starts up to get it going and then it will back things down.

That's the one issue I've seen with the MasterFlex pump is the the PSU is hit and miss.

I cut it off and am going to solder the wires to the motor.

Is it just standard Live/Neutral/Ground inside the wire? Where do you attach the ground since the motor only has live and neutral? (Sorry, even though I enjoy messing with electronics, I am a bit noobish)

I finally ran all the lines and set up my profilux for the system... and then realized I need a check valve because my waste salt water is connected with a T to my waste water from the RO and I don't want salt water invading the RO system. So... one more day to wait.

Here is my Profilux setup.

S2 is the Stenner pump set up on a timer, S3 is a solenoid that feeds my ATO/RO.

My timer programming:

It was a wall wart, 5VDC @1.2a. I haven't played with it in a while.

I did run the lines for the Stenner tonight and it's working from what I see but that was the pulling from the tank to drain. Didn't run the new mixed saltwater yet because my silo is on the other side. I'm going to try and move it this weekend but there is still 50g of water left in it. Doubt I have enough buckets for that. LOL

See and looking at the list, the quick load head is conflicting id seen earlier someone used a 7024-20 whats the difference between that and the 21-20. Is it just the ml pm? are they interchangable between motors and psu and such. :banghead:

If i understand it correctly you are doing 6 15 minute water changes. I think Dr. Thompson is doing 4 per day. Just curious why you guys are going this route versus just once per day.
