Quick shout-out to Neptune Systems. I opened up a case last night (Sunday) and received a reply with a solution to getting my salinity probe working within about an hour. Very impressive support!

I also had good support from Neptune. I sent my classic base unit for repairs. Had it back in 3 days. I had to reprogram it and had trouble with ATO. They responded until it was programmed/fixed. All in the same day.

Lol, the probe has already drifted down .2 PPT in the last 3 hours. I'll be very happy if it stays there, but who knows!
