Azure damselfish mouth infection??

Hi, I've recently added a Azure damselfish to my displaytank and after day 2 its started to show something like a swollen mouth.

It looks like his lower lip is split and something grows around it. It's become worse since (see images) Its day 7 now. I can't find anything similar on the internet. I've tried to take some images of it.

Does anyone know what this is? I'm sure its a disease of some kind but I would like to know what it could be.
