He is in my overflow and no idea how to get him out

Suck him up with Turkey baster possibly. I had. A ywg get stuck in overflow box
 
Dr. Reefs Quarantined Fish
Tried turkey baster to no avail. Used a syphon and got him. I hope it wasn't to traumatic on him.
