they are zip ties and a pvc end cap that we drilled holes in and looped the zip ties through it.

They are two weeks old now and it looks like they have just about doubled in size. I think we lost one.
I can only count 34 now. Here is a video at breakfast time. They are eating cyclopeeze.

Very cool Jack! I have 7 -4 week olds. Started out with 12. I recieved the parents about 2 years ago from a fellow reefer who raised them . He said to expect a 70% die off. Mine are eating bbs only at the time. Gonna try some cyclo and shaved mysis soon. Here are the lucky 7.

Those look fat and happy. Have they not spawned again since having these?
I think our male is carrying again. He stopped eating yesterday and his mouth looks bloated.

You might have mentioned this but what are the specs on the fry tank they are in? I'm interested in raising bangaii's also

The specs are probably baby brine shrimp or cyclopeeze that we were feeding.

Sorry but i may have misunderstood what you meant by specs. :tongue:
The tank is a 10G with a piece of live rock and sponge filter. There is a hang on the back filter but it not being used. We change 1 gallon a day.
We are feeding about 5 times a day alternating between BBS, cyclopeeze, something called instant rotifers, and crushed flake food.

I was worried the male would carry to quickly after not eating for 4 weeks. He has fattened up nicely and should be ready to go again. My males father had 26 successful spawns before the mother finally died so he has good bloodlines!

I think we may have a bully n the bunch I found one baby kind of floundering? I have seperated him but I think I may be to late????
He has a small red spot on his side like one of the other may have bitten him... I hope I can save him?????
