That is amazing! That fish has the correct flatworm-like movements down pat! Hahahah
 
I question the use of the term "baby" for this specimen...

Soles and flounder types fished are hatched as free swimming larvae with eyes on both sides of the body to the best of my knowledge. And they transition to the two eyes on one side as they grow.
The maximum size for this species in 9.5 cm, and bot eyes are fully on top.
Not really a baby at all IMO.

Very neat to see, I agree with Chameleon does look more like the second flat worm example that was given.
