I've had a frag plug with an orange yuma on it in my classroom tank for awhile now. A few weeks ago, I noticed some tiny green "polyps" on the plug. I thought it might be a mojano anemone but then the polyps started to look too bulbous to be a mojano.
Could it be a baby hammer or different colored yuma? Other coral in the tank are toadstool, colt coral, space invader pectina, purple indo torch and zoa frag.

It could be either one of those. I did purchase this from a lfs which had hammers and other yumas next to each other. There are some aptasia in the tank but I haven't seen any mojanos which doesn't mean they're not there. Looking at the center of the photo more closely now, it does look more like a Yuma "mouth" than a.hammer .Found another photo of it when I first noticed it on the plug.
