I just noticed this new snail in my tank today. It's about 1/2" long and doesn't appear to have a hard shell yet. My cleanup crew consists of nassarius, cerith, astrea, trochus, and turbo snails. I saw a long line of snail eggs on the back wall of my aquarium about 6 weeks ago, so not sure if this one could be from those eggs.

Can anyone help ID what kind of snail this is?

Stomatella. Hitchhiker?
Nice video, I've never seen one this up-close before.

Thanks! Yes, must have hitchhiked.

The video was shot on my iPhone XS with an orange clip-on filter. Works really well.

+1 to Stomatella! Awesome cleanup crew. It has a shell but it's small and looks kind of like a fingernail. I looked everywhere to get some of these as I only had 1 for quite a while, that I got as a hitchhiker. They breed well in our aquariums if you can get more. I finally got a hold of some and can't wait to see more popping up. They move quicker than snails and do an amazing job of cleaning up.
