bacterial bloom after remove uv

i bought this uv for the same problem i remove it yesterdat and the bacterial blooms back again

all my parameters are fine

40g with 4 fish. it considered light stock? what im doing wrong?

Somthing it feeding the bacteria to much , too fast.

Paint , candles , hand sanitizer, air fresheners.
Nopox , bionpelletes , life rock
Stuff like that.

Nah. Likely not. Some sprays have alcohol in them.
