We believe our 40 gallon QT tank is currently going through a bacterial bloom. It is currently being treated with Coppersafe. We have a 2k gyre powerhead in there that creates quite a bit of surface agitation so there should be quite a bit of oxygen in the water but I’m not sure of what else to do. The fish appear to be doing ok for right now, but is there anything else that can be done to overcome this bloom? Thank you.
