I purchased a new Tunze 3155 Osmolator from Bulk Reef Supply earlier this year. Woke up this morning to a dead unit. So my buddy came over with his spare unit, and we started checking around, and it turns out it’s the actual power supply. If I use his spare power supply with my controller, it’s all good.

The power supply it self look in perfect condition, no marks, cuts, odd bends in the cable etc. We were going to look at opening it up, but there’s a special screw, and I decided it would be better to check with you guys before we did anything. The controller is working just fine at this point, it’s simply the Power Supply.

Any suggestions?

Hi Munch,

Sorry about the inconvenience. If you can email me a copy of your receipt from BRS and a picture of the label from the power supply, I can get you a replacement. Please email me at: [email protected]

Thank You,

Craig
