This is how I'm doing it anyway. Sorry for crude drawings. Will post pics once they're cut.

All glued and taped for silicone. I put the cutouts in to direct the water flow although im sure it would overflow into each chamber regardless but seemed like a good idea anyway.

Any reason why you went with so low baffles? Seems like you'll have a lot of height left in the sump.

Might as well put that horizontal run from the return pump up higher - i.e., make the vertical drop from the ball valve shorter. Just to keep it out of your way in future as you fiddle with stuff in the sump. I'm really curious to see this thing flowing!

Just FYI if you used silicone on acrylic it will not create a permanent bond and your compartments will eventually leak.

Acrylic on glass is usually fine as the silicone bonds to the glass and there is no real water pressure on the baffles to put stress on the joints.

Yeah i don't think itll make much difference if they leak really but so far they do actually hold water but i didn't really count on that. Really just wanted barriers to keep different medias separate not too concerned about water seeping from one to the other.

I plan on doing the same with a dB 60 and dB 80 as dt. I like your design, I may have to steal it!
