Baffled and very discouraged

Thanks guys. Sorry I haven't updated this lately, I had to go away for work. I'm ordering a triton test. Things continue to decline. I haven't tested for stray voltage other than putting my hands in the tank and not getting shocked lol. Definitely seems related to moving the sand bed around though since it started immediately after that. I'm just very baffled that things aren't turning around and I'm not quite sure how to get it moving in the right direction.
