Baffles

Ok so i cut some baffles out of acrlyic and well they are a little tight. What is the best way to trim them?

Make sure to use a fine blade and slow speed (if it's adjustable) or it will just melt back into place. Fine blade keeps it from getting caught and shattering. I guess it depends how much...you could just sand it down.

I normally use my jointer to trim just a little bit off.

But a sander will work, and so will a table saw.
