I could never understand the prices asked for some of these fish. I understand that they are rare but most of them don't look any more spectactular than fish that are currently available....not sure why people would pay that kind of money. With the coloration of damsels, I bet if they were less obtainable they would command those kind of prices :-)

I like the more colorful tangs, like the clown tang and the yellow tang, they stand out in your tank. I had a purple tang, and even that tang was hard to see because it blended in with the purple algae on the rocks. 7 years ago purple tangs sold for 69.99. $3000.00 for a fish. MAN!!!
