Banghaii Cardinal Head Standing

Not sure if it was harassed by another or what but it has been at the front corner of the tank, about 6" below water line and is head standing. (I did get a new CUC yesterday but no water was transferred.) I did see it swim to eat when I fed tonight. Is not really showing any sign of tilting to its side. Just in the past 15 minutes, there appears t be some dropsy. Should I remove it from the DT? I have PimaFix, Melafix, Furan-2 and that's about it. Let's here what you think I should do!

Oh, My Flame Hawkfish disappeared 3 days ago but it's a long shot if it is related in any way.

Thanks! Everyone is busy with holiday shopping. lol I moved her to the frag tank and added PimaFix and MelaFix. I'm ordering Kanaplex and when I receive it, she will go into the hospital tank :0)
