Basement sumps dos and donts

Here in the south the ac runs most of the hot months removing moisture from the air and in the winter the heating removes a lot of moisture to the point that we have to run a humidifier. During mild months the windows are left open removing or adding moisture so it's only a problem in closed up fish rooms here.
