Well getting started on a transition to the basment.
I setting up a 80 for frags and to host the livestock of my 75 dt while I move that down as well.
I will also do a mix station, sink and storage, and eventually a PLC W/ touch screen controll for the water mixing and transfer pumps.

Just a quick list of components that's going into this build.

Tank : Deep Blue 80 frag, i'm seeing everywhere now that i bought it 24"x 48"x16" not crazy about the 1/4" glass. The LFS had an anniversary sale $220 w/overflow I thought that was good.
Sump : Bashsea custom SS30 set up like a Trigger with 2 4" filters and separate skimmer and fuge/media chambers.
Skimmer : Skimz 123 mini monster, I have one of these in the DT and love it. DC control, compact and it was a open box from BRS ebay site @ $110 why not!
Return pump: Sicce 4.0, may be overkill, when reading a thread on returns a Equpment seller flat out said a ac pump is what he chooses for reliability and longevity .... Go with the PROS
Circulation : Ice Cap Gyre, we'll see how this works, hoping one and done.
Heater: Finnex Titanium with a AZOO controller, has anyone used the azoo ? thought id give a try, got several good reviews.
Dosing : Jebeco 4 channel , needed something to start with and @ $80 thats cheap rawhide for a nube to dosing.

LIGHTS : Radion XR15 x 3 plus T5 . Aqu-life hybrid fixture was the plan but do i really need 4 t5's to supplement. Watching the BRS clip on kessils i seen the hybrid fixture in action and that's a wide fixture, so I'm thinking a sunpower like 4 bulb fixture then remove the 2 center bulbs and reflectors then using a Greenlee Knockout to punch 3 @ 3.5" holes for the LED fans and mount the xr15's inside . For now thou its 3 xr's unless I hit on
@BoomCorals AP700 Giveaway.

Mixing station: Will be awhile but i am getting the RO/DI rollin. Currently I am using just DI, 1 pre filter, 2 charcoal, and 2 DI this enables me to get 20 gallons of 0-tds water in about 20-30 minutes but the downside is resin usage. Here is a list of purchased components to date.
65 gallon storage tank for RO/DI and a 40 gallon for saltwater mixing.
Little Giant 4-MDQX-SC head @17.0 ft GPH @1,325 with a 1" input and output , Scotty would be proud!

LIVE ROCK SUBSTRATE so I'm trying a LR rubble base in this, being a frag or shallow reef, I started thinking Marinepure plates but the cost was silly so I purchased 50 lbs of LR rubble from brs, did the acid bath and it's in the garage sitting in my old DT tank water, And every week I change when I do my DT. I plan on breaking the larger pieces down to marble size and just cover the bottom of the tank about 2 " deep.
NOW I really would like to TUMBLE this stuff to smooth it out , thinking a portable cement mixer would do the trick, But man where do I stop !!! WISH someone sold this stuff !!!
Ok that's it until I can feed you some more Pictures

Thanks i thought so too, well the lesson is don't ask a Artist to change his work. He still has the Sharpest equipment out there and the price was reasonable.
