Really, I looked it up in Websters. Let me tell you why.

A couple of weeks ago I contacted Adam about putting together a pack for me. Couldn't have hoped for a more attentive or genuinely nice guy. Through numerous emails and a really nice phone conversation, he went out of his way to individualize a pack of exceptional stuff for me, with a couple corals not even on the site, and then then basically left the ball in my court as to how long they heal and what day was best for me to receive them.

Now for the dirty details.

Shipping was scheduled, pre-invoiced and worry-free(by this time I was already very confident things would go well). Packaging was Battlecorals...oh, I mean "top-notch", with ('commecially') sealed (not rubberbanded) double bags. No leaking here! Well marked, insulated box with wrapped heat pack and '"peanuts" as filler. I spent a couple hours drip acclimating, but probably didn't need that long, as the water temp. was not nearly as cold as I had expected coming from WI in mid-November.

All frags were clearly labeled and half of them were, by many others standards, mini-colonies. Colors were very good straight out of the bag. And a huge very nice Aussie freebie was thrown-in to boot.

With the selection and husbandry skills that Adam has and the customer service that he has chosen to employ, I will certainly be ordering from Top-notch...oh, you know what I mean...again soon.
