Bean Animal Help

Need some "bean animal" overflow design help. My internal overflow in the tank will be setup with three 1.5" bulkheads for the drains and one 1" bulkhead for the return. I am using a Trigger Systems Platinum v2 26" sump that has three 1" returns. My thoughts were to reduce all of the 1.5" to 1" size both inside the overflow and under the tank. Is that the best approach? I have tried to follow several "bean animal" threads both here and on reef central, but there are just so many different ways mentioned. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The tank is a Glass Cages 36x18x25 (about 65g). Using a Neptune COR-15 for return pump.

How large of a tank is this and also how many gph do you plan on running through this system? Drain lines you always want slightly larger since they rely on gravity. With that said, I did make a diy one in the past and I used 2x 1” drain lines and a 3/4” return line. That worked very well but I also had a lower turn over rate. About 3x an hour. I did test that if one of the drains was clogged the other could take over and manage the volume.

1.5" to 1" size both inside the overflow and under the tank. Is that the best approach?
If you haven’t already purchased the overflow, I’d recommend getting one that comes from the factory with 1” bulkheads!

If this layout is already set in stone, you are indeed best off using 1.5” to 1” reducing bushings on each end, given that smaller bulkheads won’t fit well in a larger bulkhead’s drilled hole!
 
I have a modular marine overflow that came with 3x 1.5” drains. I put 1.5” to 1” reducers inside the bulkheads and it worked perfectly.
