So besides your snails. What fish, invert would be best to add to a 40 that grazes on algeas. I’m hesitant for an urchin because I would like some coralline and don’t want it depleting it. And I’m just not a huge fan of a lawnmower. I’ve just started ramping of lights so sooner or later I’m gonna get some growth from something. Especially because I have some tbs rock in there

Hermits and strawberry conchs get my vote!

I personally would not be so hesitant to add an urchin. There are a couple different varieties and some don’t get very big. I have two tuxedos in my 130 and they definitely can’t keep up with the coralline. However if you’re also hesitant also because they pick up anything and everything (especially freshly glued frags!) then that is a different story then being worried about not having any coralline imo.

If we're just talking about a nice little team for your ongoing cuc i've always enjoyed tangs, hermit crabs, along with cowrie and astrea snails.

Hermits are fun to watch. They can become dinner for certain fish though.

I got a pitho crab in my CUC order and he’s adorable. I love him.
