Best cleaning solution?

I will be cleaning out a 10 gallon thats currently in use, everything in there will be transferred permanently into an 8 gallon. The 10 gallon is going to be used as a qt tank after its cleaned out. Ive also got to clean out two pumps, a powerhead, and some plumbing.
Everything is pretty dirty covered in sponges and spoirobid worms, the tank has some gha patches on the glass.
Looking for the best cleaning solution that

Yours is probably more stressful than mine lol. Only thing in my 10 gallon is ocean live rock.

Yeah, hopefully not. When I do the big transfer I’m going to make my 32.5 a FOWLR and then make this a qt. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Although I’ve never done it but I have read a lot and citric acid seems to be the go to, BRS sells it. Second go to is white vinegar.
