Best Detritivore in your experience?

Hello all! I just wanted to know what detritivore do you prefer. I have tanks with barebottom and the other one with sandbed. Which one is the best in your opinion.

Bristle worms! They get a lot of hate because they can sting but nothing else is able to get into all those little nooks and crannies of the rocks and breed quite as fast as them
