Best flake food?

Hey everyone, what do you guys think is the most healthiest and nutritious flake food?

Just to give a variety to the fish. Some prefer flakes too

I use Ocean Nutrition Formula Two & Prime Reef flakes as supplemental feeding. I also feed OSI Spirulina to my herbivores (although almost all of my fish will eat it as well).

Based on the ingredients list I like Omega One and Cobalt.

Cobalt for sure. Their new marine foods have probiotics and vitamins.
