Best heaters for basement sump

So now that I have my sump in the basement it is harder to keep it warm. Today it was at 75 this am. I have 500 watts worth of heaters in there. Aquarium Heaters: Marineland Visi-Therm Heaters these one.

what would be a better option for heaters. Are other brands or types of heaters more efficient for the watt consumption.

I think as far as heaters go there is no such thing as more efficient. I believe watts is watts when it comes to heating water with electric heaters. You could look at other ways to heat water. Submersible pumps will put some heat back into the system. Another method is using a home hot water heater and a heat exchanger.
