Best HOB skimmer for 29 gallon aquarium?

Hey guys, so my 29g tank is getting pretty stocked now so i need a protein skimmer, but my stand is not a proper fish tank stand so i cant make a sump for a skimmer so hob is my only option, I’m was looking for the best hob skimmer that is relatively cheap like (100 bucks or less if possible) and quiet because my tank is in the middle of my living room?

This was the skimmer I was going to use back when I was looking at all in one tanks. If this works for your tank supposed to be very nice performance

I have two clownfish, a coral beauty, marine betta, goby, cardinal and a hermit crab. I’m still planning on getting more. Also there all babies except the cardinal.
