Any light that can generate 30,000 lux (more is OK) will raise some righteous clams.

Corals don't usually need that much light.

@dcullen is right, too. To get a "what's best" recommendation like I suspect you were looking for, you have to provide some parameters for your situation. All info is good, but at least:

• Budget?
• Tank size?
