what's the best cheapest lights out there. I would want a cheap one but best lighting for corals my range $300 I will get the radion soon

Radion's are not the best LED's.

As to your question, its all personal preference. Depends on your tank size, etc.

I have the 36" and the 24". I replaced all the bulbs with ati and still have way less invested than even a mid grade light fixture.
