What pellets are the best/most top quality?
PE Mysis
New Life Spectrum
TDO Chroma Boost
This will answered based on usage and liking of others.
I look at analysis of foods and Ocean Nutrition and TDO as well as new life era are some of the best

I just started feeding Dr. Bassleer (Açaí/Garlic/Chlorella mix).

So far I really like it, the fish seem to be in a frenzy when they hear the AFS going.

Does anyone ever read the ingredients in pellet food; and wonder why you are feeding assorted grain, yeast, soy, and many other ingredients that should not be fed to aquatic life. Many of these ingredients also provide your tank with nutrients that promote excessive algae growth, by increasing phosphates and silicates.

Any of those foods are good.

Anybody concerned about feeding yeast, grain, etc. to fish not going to feed them Mysis, Brine Shrimp, etc.? Those are freshwater lake foods.

All that I know is that since foods have gotten a lot better, my fish do not ever get HLLE anymore, those fish that come to me with HLLE has it heal as best as it can, the fish that change from juveniles to adults have the same colors as adults from the wild, fish can live full livespan (20 ish years so far with a few tanks). These foods are good.

I’m mostly feeding sustainable aquatics dry hatchery diet pellets with a seaweed pellet mixed in.

Sps2020 has the seaweed pellets listed..

Also keep a small can of pe flakes as I like to grab a pinch and hold it as the fish eat but you’re probably trying to situate a feeder?

I’m a New Life Spectrum guy for no other reason than that’s all I’ve ever fed (besides frozen and nori most days). Fish are fat and I’ve had a few for 15 + years. My Picasso trigger is my only fish that doesn’t go crazy for pellets. The pieces just aren’t worth his effort. He likes big stuff.
