Best place to get copepods?

We got the two bottles from SA. I did see a few swimming but mostly a lot of red in the bottom of the bottle. Looked almost like sediment if I didn't know what was in the bottle. I turned the bottle a few times and got a snow globe effect but didn't look like swimmers to me. I should have taken a photo but it was late and I went ahead and put them in the refugium with the flow cut down. Is this normal or did I dose a bunch of dead ones ? Date on cap is 5/10/21.

There is a guy on here hollback on the Sale Forum . I bought a few time from him over the years. His you can see swimming around. Great guy

I'll give them a try but without a photo I'm doubtful. I do see some movement in the refugium so hoping at least the live ones will multiply. Thanks.

Just to update. Despite me not taking photos they are reshipping. They did stress the importance of documenting with photos. As said, it was late in the day and I was tired. That was my bad. I wanted to post for anyone following the thread that may run into a similar situation. Take pictures ! Also, excellent customer support from Saltwater Aquarium !!! Hoping to see lots of swimmers this time.
