Best time for the R2R Live Shows?

We had a great first live show with Dr. Randy last night and this is the first of many with him and others. I would like to know something from you.

It’s impossible to have the perfect time for everyone but I’m wondering what the consensus is.

What time do you think is the best time for the R2R Live Shows?

Please keep it Eastern time!

I voted other because I didn't finish the first one yet and will be watching it as a pre-recorded show. I don't participated in any of the discussion that was going on and I have trouble sitting in front of a screen for extended periods so I'll be watching in several sittings. I rarely sit through a movie which drives my Gal nuts. I've learned to sleep and keep my head upright so she doesn't know lol.
Off the topic but I'm really enjoying the video as my first live stream. I'm sure the chemistry folks are bored with much of it but being pretty ignorant of chemistry I love how Randy's is explaining things so even I now understand some of the processes involved and the interactions between different chemicals / molecules and the results we see.

I was up until half past one watching Randy’s livestream last night. If BeanAnimal starts making bacon at 9 PM EST, some of us may need to book the following day off work.
