Best wavemaker for a 125G FOWLR tank with inverts?

I had a Maxspect Gyre XF350, but I returned it.

I'm looking for something smaller and maybe cheaper. Max $120.

I just need it to create waves across at least half of the tank.

I know I don't need a wavemaker without corals and anemones, but I want it to disrupt the surface water and provide oxygenation.
