Best way to lower Phosphates?

Im currently running ROWAPHOS. I have the ROAW in a Phosban 550 reactor. I'm also curious as to how "full" the reactor should be with the ROWA?

A lot of people that I know that use rowaphos or aka gfo start off with only about a cup because that stuff will strip the water of phosphates which could start to bleach your corals is my understanding.

I've already been using it. My phosphates are .26. I don't think I am using enough of it.

How much you use and how often you replace it depends entirely on how much export you need.

You cannot, however, fill the reactor too full or it might push up to the top and clog it.

When was the last time you changed it?

About three weeks ago, but I believe I used the full amount from the smallest container...it was like $30.
