Best way to share 1 alk reservoir for 2 tanks

Hello I have a question wondering what you guys think. So my plan is to use 1 ddr reservoir for 2 systems. My question is would I be ok to use a John guest T coming right out the ddr that splits to each dos or would I need to drill a separate hole in ddr for it’s own fitting and straw so each dos has its own line instead of split T?

A T should work fine as long as your only dosing one tank at a time.

I think even if both tanks are dosed at the same time you should be fine with a T. A peristaltic pump is not a high flow device and I can’t imagine it would get anywhere close to the max flow rate of 1/4 inch tube.
