We will have 2 separate businesses and warehouses. Dr Reef remains the seller of pre quarantined livestock, while Affordable Aquaria becomes the seller of non qted livestock.
How are we better and sweeter:
1. Backed by Dr Reef (largest seller of pre quarantined livestock)
2. All livestock at Affordable Aquaria is pre conditioned vs liveaquaria which is as is.
3. We dont charge for shipping if replacements needs to be sent out.
4. We dont hold money if something is not shipped. We refund missing livestock.
5. We dont charge customers upfront. When you check out on our site, you are simply placing an order. We send you payment link few days prior to shipping.
6. We have the most easy to deal with customer service support with no lengthy paperwork or terms etc needed.
7. In case of dead on arrival livestock, we simply ask for 1 pic in unopened bag and 1 outside the bag/water on a white background. We offer free replacement or store credit for doa livestock.
8. Hassle free changes and additions or subtractions. Email us anytime for make changes.
9. Customer service is top notch and will reply emails within few hours if not minutes.
10. All livestock is conditioned, All captive bred are pre quarantined, and all corals are pre quarantined.
11. We will price match any liveaquaria price (instock items only, send us a screenshot or link)

13. We will match their shipping prices and terms, (send us a screenshot or link)
