I added a lime wood bubbler for a skimmer under the filter sock area and put the pump in the room not the tank area and my PH came up and now running 8.1. My tank is in the wall that backs a closet so the closet houses everything with the door removed that leads to my fish room/sons old room. Still might add a fan blowing into the closet to help.

And might I suggest using algae to up the pH by 0.1 to 0.2
