Recently I have needed to open two different tickets for some small equipment issues that I couldn’t quite get fixed myself or find the answer on R2R. I had responses with a couple hours of each email, and they have also been some of nicest customer service reps I’ve dealt with in a long time.

On the few occasions I have had to open a ticket, I have had the same experience. Great customer service..
