I wanted to share a positive experience with Biggs Lagoon out of Colorado.

They run live coral auctions every Friday at 6pm MST on Twitch, and I’ve tuned in multiple times now. The process is organized, transparent, and genuinely fun.

Overall, their coral quality in general has been top notch. Pieces are healthy, well-colored, and accurately represented on the live stream. In particular, their Euphyllia have stood out to me , thick, healthy flesh bands with good extension, not thin or stressed-looking. You can tell these are well-grown and properly maintained corals rather than quick chops pushed out the door.

As someone who came back into the hobby after a long hiatus, I’ve been pretty selective about where I source coral, and consistency matters to me. So far, they’ve delivered on that.

Shipping to Arizona has been smooth. Corals were well-packed and arrived healthy.

Another thing worth mentioning is the community around their live streams. The regulars are welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. It feels more like a reef club atmosphere than a chaotic auction environment.

I’m not affiliated with them in any way — just sharing my experience in case it helps others researching vendors
